Our Services

Now Enrolling For Fall 2026!

  • Group Sessions - $125 (Weekly) & $250 (Saturday)

We provide remote and in-person group treatment for students across the country who are a good match for one another based on their age and level of the social mind, rather than by a diagnostic label. Our Monday-Thursday groups meet weekly on zoom for 1 hour and our Saturday groups meet twice per month in-person for 2 hours. Caregivers are kept informed of what their child is working on through meetings with clinicians and/or letters home.

*NEW: Now offering in-person groups on Thursday and Saturday evenings in Vermont

  • Offsite Teen Dinner Groups

Our teen dinner groups provide opportunities for clients to build social communication and executive functioning skills in real-world community settings. Within carefully matched groups, participants meet weekly on Tuesdays or Wednesdays for dinner at local restaurants. At the end of each month, a Zoom session led by Nancy Clements provides an opportunity to reflect on recent experiences, coordinate plans, and set goals for future outings. By combining authentic social experiences with clinician coaching and guided reflection, these groups help participants develop the confidence and practical skills needed to build meaningful connections beyond the traditional therapy setting.

  • Individual Sessions - $225-$250/hour

Individual sessions take place Monday-Thursday on zoom for 1 hour on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. All individual sessions include a 10 minute caregiver wrap-up though caregivers can opt to meet for longer. Nancy Clements also offers individualized community-based services tailored to support personal goals and everyday success. These customized programs allow clinicians to work alongside adolescents and young adults in community settings while collaborating with families and other providers to create a coordinated, comprehensive plan. By focusing on real-world experiences, we help clients build confidence, increase independence, and apply skills across the environments that matter most.

  • Parent Coaching - $225-$250/hour

While all of our group and individual sessions have a parent component we do offer individual parent coaching on a limited basis based on clinician availability. Parents are able to meet with one of our social cognitive coaches and receive individualized support around how to best support the needs of their child and carry learning over to home.

  • In-School Student Support – $250/hour

Highly-trained clinicians are able to support students in their school settings and classrooms to bridge the gap between social and academic life. Coaches will meet with school staff and provide consultations to continue social learning outside of sessions.

  • Social Thinking Assessments

The Informal Dynamic Assessment is designed to determine the student’s Social Thinking communication ability as well as their strengths and weaknesses. The information is then used to make recommendations to support the student’s academic and social path. Please note that the assessment is not required to receive services.
